International Shipping & Delivery
We ship our goods to WORLDWIDE from our headquarters in Bangkok and Chonburi, Thailand.
We start shipping within 3-5 business days after you place your order(s).
We ship your item(s) via FedEx or Thailand's Post. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice such as DHL, UPS and TNT etc.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.
Standard Shipping:
Our standard shipping method(Via FedEx Courier) is Air shipping. You should receive your products within 3-7 business days from the day we sent them, depending on your counrty.
Please note that there is tracking number and trackable via their Websites.
Registerd Airmail by Thailand's Post/EMS Shipping, this is the ground shipping:
You should receive your items within 3-4 weeks from the day we sent them depending on your counrty.
Please note that there is the registered number but can not trackable to any status til received it!.
Customs
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region.
All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package will arrive at your door, but then you might need to pay extra international fees.
